Creating a detailed plan to develop a life skill

Groups choose a life skill teenagers need to become independent. They discuss what learners need to do and list all steps and activities. Unit language supports plans for cooking, laundry, money management, time management, decision-making, communication, safe travel, self-study, and household chores. The final product is a detailed plan and class presentation. A useful plan states the target skill, orders the actions, identifies repeated practice, and explains how progress can be observed rather than merely naming the skill.
