The textbook groups expressions by function. Offers include Can I give you a hand?, Can I help you with ...?, Let me help you with ..., and Is there anything else I can do for you? Responses include That’s very kind of you, Thanks for your help, and Thanks, but I think I’m fine. Learners complete and practise a conversation, selecting expressions according to whether help is accepted or politely declined.
