The lesson asks learners to give clear directions for exercise. One task states that star jumps should be performed through four steps. A model instruction says, “Next, push up with your arms to lift your upper body.” The accompanying tip recommends giving one direction at a time. Learners work with ordered actions, imperative verbs, and sequencing expressions so another person can follow the routine safely and correctly.
